Once formed, we drill alignment holes and add registration pins to ensure accuracy. Counter dies not only enhance embossing depth but also capture intricate details with exceptional precision!

Dupes

Metal Magic’s Dupe Dies offer a solution when running multiple-up jobs that is a cost-effective alternative to Brass Dies. The manufacturing time for Dupe Dies is often less than that of multiple Brass Dies, thus allowing you to begin press operation sooner. Casted from an original brass master die, a special composite material is used, and once cured it is close to the hardness of brass. These do shrink slightly, but no worries, Metal Magic has created a process to ensure that these come out the size you need!
